Location is awesome. Staff was friendly and helpful. They accept and ship luggage. Check in and check out process was straight forward. The rooms are small, but there is plenty of room under the bed to store your luggage.

Pros:The best Location!! It is a 3-5 min walk to Dotonbori glico man and about 7-10 min walk to shinsaibashi shopping area, Namba station. It has a nice patio overlooking the river. Unlimited coffee, tea and pancakes. Room has individual AC unit which is a good thing. We prefer room temp at 68 F when sleeping. Staff were accommodating, we got fresh towels everyday. The shampoo conditioner and body wash were of high quality. Cons: they don’t clean the room everyday.

Location of the hotel was 5 minutes walk away from the main Dotonbori strip which was very good for ease of access into the main shopping and restaurant area. It was also 1 minute walk away from Don Quixote (not the main one with the ferris wheel) so buying last minute souvenirs was also convenient.

Loved the location in Dotomburi even though it was so close to the action it was quiet and relaxing where we were. The beds were so comfy the bathroom was quite big. Very clean. Blackout blinds. Easy to have luggage under the bed. Great to have laundry facility. All staff were so helpful and friendly.

Quaint hotel with friendly staff in a very good location. I enjoyed having breakfast every morning with a view of the river. It’s a small hotel and the rooms are quite tiny, so you have to make sure your luggage fits under the bed.

Everything was great ! Minimalist room with all you need without being too small. Super nice staff and well put breakfast buffet. And the best of it all, the location. It's right next to dotonbori without being too close for it to be annoying and 5-10 walk to the subway is perfect As a plus, truly dark curtains in the room 👌

The location was absolutely perfect. It was near OCAT bldg (for the limo bus), a few steps away from Shinsaibashi and the view of the river was so relaxing.
